Our workplace isn’t the normal workplace. We connect with our clients both physically and emotionally, so what I’m about to share with you wasn’t a decision that we made lightly.
Due to the physical contact required for almost all of our services, together with advice from Australia’s Chief Medical Officer, we believe we need to cease offering face to face services effective today Tuesday 24th March.
At this stage we are unable to predict when services will be available again, but I guarantee you ALL of our team are wanting to back ASAP and we will do as soon as it’s safe for you and us todo so.
Home Care Products
Currently, our online store is still able to operate and you might even have one of our therapists help you! If you need homecare then we can deliver dermalogica direct to your (or mums, or sisters) doorstep via Australia Post. Simply visit gloskinbody.com.au to purchase. We will continue to dispatch dermalogica orders for as long as we are permitted and safe todo so.
Bookings
At this point in time we have cancelled all appointments until April 20th 2020. We will attempt to keep as many planned appointments in our diaries as possible as we appreciate the planning that goes into these appointments.
No further appointments will be able to be made from today.
Treatment Packages
If you have a treatment package is still in place, the great value remaining treatments will be able to be used when we continue operations.
Gift Vouchers
If you have an outstanding gift voucher, it’s still active and we will honour gift vouchers for a further 6 months from expiry dates and further if required during this virus outbreak. alternatively, you can also redeem purchased gift vouchers on our online store at gloskinbody.com.au by emailing us (info@gloskinbody.com.au) and providing your voucher details.
